SCI Program Updates for 3/23/2020As advised by MDH and DDA, SCI has adjusted how case manager responsibilities are carried out to support the health and safety of both those we support and our team members during the COVID-19 pandemic. For both our Support Planning and CCS programs, visits and meetings are being held remotely, routine check-ins are being scheduled and resources are being compiled to support clear communication and guidance for those we support. In addition, our programs have established coverage plans should our workforce be reduced due to COVID-19. Along with the state and health organizations, we continue to monitor the matter and will share updates as they become available. If you have questions or need additional resources, please continue to reach out to your SCI Service Coordinator or SCI Supports Planner. Your voice matters! If you have suggestions or recommendations, SCI Program Updates for 3/18/2020Like much of the country and the state of Maryland, Service Coordination Inc (SCI) is following the guidelines outlined by the CDC, adjusting our procedures and making modifications to keep our Community and Team Members safe. For example, we implemented social distancing techniques into our daily operations and minimized in-person contact. They remain available to address questions and concerns regarding your plans and services.
