Foster Inclusivity

Our Coordination of Community Services (CCS) program was the first program offered at SCI. Over the last 40 years, we continue to serve 14 counties across Maryland and Baltimore City and over 12,000 community members with disabilities.

The CCS program uses Person-Centered planning tools and principles in meaningful conversations with people served and families. By advocating alongside the person supported, elevating their voice, and collaborating with other members of their support systems, Team Members ensure access to the resources needed to thrive.
