April 27, 2026

Stress is how your mind and body respond to challenges. Stress is a normal part of life and can have positive and negative impacts. Short term stress can be motivating. However, long term stress can have negative consequences including physical health challenges, poor sleep, and changes in mood.  Being aware of what is causing stress in your life and managing it is important to prevent long term impacts.
