All new Team Members participate in a full week of onboarding. New CCS and SPS Team Members also receive additional structured training designed specifically for their role, including facilitated learning experiences, shadowing case managers in the field, and increased supervisor support.     Where We Work

    As a community-based workforce, our Team Members’ daily activities may happen in their home office, at a local community center, or in the home of a person we support.  SCI has offices in both Frederick and Owings Mills, Maryland, where group meetings and trainings may be held. We also host an annual SCI Day, inviting our growing team to gather for a full day of connection and camaraderie, as well as our annual Leadership Development Conference, designed to advance organizational priorities and promote professional development.
