At SCI, we understand that each person’s needs are unique and may extend beyond core case management. That’s why we’ve established a Community Engagement team to help individuals and families navigate a wide range of supportive services and community resources.
Working with local communities, we deliver education, information, and referral services to unserved and underserved populations, helping to bridge gaps in access and promote community well-being.
Not only does this help expand access to essential services, build collaborative partnerships, and empower individuals and their families, this program foster stronger connections between SCI, the people we support, and the broader community.
