Kasey Bly brings extensive experience supporting individuals and families across Maryland. She began as a direct support professional supporting people with autism, later serving at both the Kennedy Krieger Institute and Frederick County Public Schools, specializing in complex and augmentative communication. Kasey holds a B.A. in Family and Human Services from Towson University and an M.A. in Special Education from McDaniel College. A former Service Coordinator in Carroll County, she now serves as SCI’s Program Navigator, leading outreach, education, and resource development.
Sheneiah Phillips is a seasoned human services professional with over 16 years of experience, including 8 years in diverse leadership roles. A proud alumna of Temple University, she studied social work and has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and communities through compassionate service and strategic program development.
Currently serving as an SPS Program Manager, Sheneiah leads a dynamic team across Montgomery County, the Western Region, and Anne Arundel. She is deeply committed to outreach, collaboration, and strengthening the SPS program while advancing the mission of SCI. Her work includes expanding the program’s presence on social media and within local communities, ensuring that those who can benefit from SPS services are informed and engaged.
Sheneiah’s leadership is marked by a passion for innovation, equity, and impact—qualities that continue to shape the future of human services in Maryland and beyond.
