Developmental Disabilities Day at the Legislature

As a member of the Maryland Association of Community Services (MACS), SCI is proud to participate with our coalition partners, people we support, and other leaders in this annual advocacy effort.

Hundreds of people with developmental disabilities, family members, advocates, and community providers come together in Annapolis for DD Day. Legislators, state leaders, and other advocates will provide information about issues that are important to people with developmental disabilities and their families. This is a great way to learn more about the legislative process and how to advocate about the issues important to you.

Advance registration to attend in person is required.  A live stream of the event will be available; registration is not required to view the live stream.
