The IDEA Committee

Conceived in 2019, SCI’s IDEA Committee is a cross-functional team of dedicated Team Members who champion IDEA across the organization. The committee evaluates initiatives and recommends strategies that advance equity and belonging throughout SCI. What started with 18 members has grown to over 30—and continues to evolve as we shape the future of inclusion at SCI.
